'BREATHE - MOVE - BE'
The retreat day is part of the 8 week course and is offered as a day to immerse yourself in some guided practices to engage the senses and mind. Led in silence, the day is also open to those that have completed a mindfulness course before and or keep a regular meditation practice.
The day will be spent in silence with mindful walking, mindful eating, gentle yoga movement and opportunities for quiet reflection at the end of the day when we come out of silence.
Set in the wellbeing space of the Pavilion in Esher, surrounded by meadows there is plenty of space to take in the beauty of nature and to find some stillness.
