Individual Mindfulness Sessions for Beginners and Mindfulness for Health.


Learning mindfulness in a group or class setting is not for everyone. Individual sessions or even couple sessions are a great way of learning to support your own wellbeing at your own pace.


You can book a 1:1 practical taster session to understand the benefits of mindfulness and how it can support your health and wellbeing. This initial session lasts for 75 minutes and includes a health questionnaire to complete during the session. Thereafter, sessions can be booked in blocks of 2 x 1 hour sessions. I also offer workbooks and access to meditation recordings to develop your skills between sessions.


Private classes can be booked with myself and are held in Esher and at the Complementary Health Partnership in Claygate, Surrey.
