8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE FOR BEGINNERS
TRY A TASTER CLASS
Through weekly guided meditations, breathwork, mindful movement and group reflections, discover how to self-regulate your moods and thoughts to help release the stress of modern day living. Ideal for those wishing to immerse themselves in a weekly mindfulness practice, the 8 week course follows the MBSR accredited programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Learn a range of meditation and awareness practices in a small class setting.
The course consists of 8 weekly 2 hour evening sessions, including an immersion silent retreat day to deepen your experience.
Classes are located at the Pilates Pavilion in Esher, a beautiful new studio located in 80 acres of peaceful greenland.
Participants on the programme are encouraged to cultivate mindful awareness of their minds and bodies; to bring peace and stillness to their lives and learn to 'just be in the moment'.
To book your place on a course it is recommended that you attend a taster session. All applicants are required to fill in a precourse application form and speak to the coach prior to commencing the course. The taster sessions are designed for you ask questions and find out more about the programme
