About The Event

Embrace the Autumnal season and immerse yourself in a hygge style retreat session with SamMantra. 

Take some time and space to step away from your daily routines and spend a Sunday afternoon full of nourishment, warmth and mindful connection. 

Set in the peaceful Surrey countryside the ZH wellness Pavilion is a beautiful space surrounded by open fields and meadows. The afternoon will be spent in guilded quiet practice with breathwork, gentle yoga and chi gong movement and mindful walking. 

Mindfulness and Wellness Coach, Sam Weerasinghe will guide you through the afternoon with nourishing 'hygge' practices to awaken the senses and support the body, mind and heart. The retreat will flow with the changing autumn light and end with a candlelit meditation and some quiet reflection as the early evening unfolds. 

Open to all levels of meditators and those that have attended a mindfulness course before, or have a regular  practice. Bring warm, layed clothing and a blanket and pillow as well as suitable footwear and a coat for some outside restorative practice. Warm drinks, nourishing home made bakes and winter fruits will also be provided.  

Book early to avoid disaporintment as spaces are limited.
