Join SamMantra for this 8-week mindfulness course to learn how the practice of mindfulness can help improve your stress levels & general health & wellbeing.
This practical course consists of 8 weekly, 2 hour evening sessions, with guided breathwork, movement & meditation practices. It also includes an immersion silent retreat day to deepen your experience. The course is designed for complete beginners, but those with previous meditation experience will also benefit.
Course starts: Tuesday evenings 7.30-9.30pm, Esher, Tue 1st October - Tue 26th November (No classes Oct Half term)
Retreat Day: Sunday 17th November 10-3pm.
Course Fees: are £260 including access to resources, audio material and the retreat day.

The cost of the course is £260 & includes: resources, audio links to recordings & access to teacher support + a Silent Retreat Day on Sunday 24th March-10.15-3.30pm Deposit/Discount info: A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Discounts are available for early course sign ups & for attendees of taster classes. In order for a course to run there is a minimum number of participants required. If number is not met then the course may be cancelled & deposits refunded.
