Mindfulness for Health Taster Workshop
This taster workshop is ideal for beginners looking to find out how everyday mindfulness practices can support their health & wellbeing. Try some practices & find out about the Mindfulness for Health 8 week course & 1:1 sessions at the Health Partnership in Claygate starting from February 2019.

About The Event
Neuroscience research has shown that mindfulness can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression & other health conditions that come about through stress & worry, including dealign with physical pain and illness.
This taster introduces you to mindful based intervention practices based on the Mindfulness for Health Course founded by Vidyamala Burch from Breathworks. Through 8 weekly sessions including a practical workshop at the end of the programme you will learn how everyday mindfulness practices can make a real difference to your health & wellbeing.
Course Starts Thur eves 7th Feb - 27th March - 7.45 - 9.15pm
(includes Retreat Style Session for week 7 & 8 on Sunday 31st March date tbc)
Costs £200 + £9 for course book (£185 for attendees of taster class)
