About The Event
Through weekly guided mediations, breathwork, mindful movement & group reflections, the 8 week MBSR course also includes an immersion retreat day to deepen your practice.
Neuroscience research has shown that a regular mindfulness practice can help reduce symptoms of stress, chronic pain, anxiety & depression relapses & other mental and physical problems. Participants on the programme are encouraged to cultivate mindful awareness of their minds & bodies; to bring peace & stillness to their lives & learn to 'just be in the moment'.
Course starts: Tuesday evenings 7.30-9.30pm, Esher, Tue 1st October - Tue 26th November (No classes Oct Half term)
Retreat Day: Sunday 17th March 10-3pm. Email for more information & costings.
