About The Event

This session is a chance to hear about the accredited 8 week Mindfulness course (MBSR) and try some breathwork and mindful practices for yourself. Neuroscience research has shown that regular mindfulness practice can help reduce symptoms of stress, improve our focus, memory function and support our emotional health too.

Classes are open to all - come and learn how to stress less and breathe more!

Next 8 Week Course starts 2nd March  - 27th April 2021 Wed eves 8pm -9.40pm (No classes Easter Week)

I particularly liked was how each session was a mix of training where you would explain things to us, sharing (between ourselves), 'meditating' and 'moving'. I never saw the time pass during the sessions !

I enjoyed the retreat day more than I thought I would.  I thought that it would be difficult to do online but it was not the case.  The day made me feel calm and really helped concentration.  Somehow the meditations seemed more meaningful.

The course challenged me to put myself first and look at my feelings and emotions - its a gym session for your mind, giving you tools and exercises to manage those stressful things that life throws at you daily. Online Course participant
