Many of us have problems with sleep whether its getting off to sleep or staying asleep and if we have an overactive monkey mind then bedtime can be anything but calm, particularly if we are stressed or ill. Stress and worry is often the trigger for poor sleep patterns too.
In this workshop style session we will introduce some meditation practices and bed time habit changers to support our bodies natural sleep rhythms. There will also be some herbal remedies from expert herbalist Roots of Nature to try & take away. Mindfulness is not a cure for bad sleep but it can certainly change our relationship with sleep, reduce your stress levels and quiten the mind.
