About The Event

Join SamMantra for an Open Session this autumn for some shared practice incuding breathwork & gentle mindful movement. These practical Mind - Body - Heart sessions are run every fortnight and are designed to help ground & nourish you in uncertain times. Each session is hosted by Sam, an experienced Mindfulness practitioner via the online platform ZOOM.

Suitable for beginners with no experience of mindulfness & experienced meditators, these open sessions include mindful everyday tips and shared reflections with themes that focus on the changing environment we live in today.

Cost £10 per person. Bring a friend for an additional £5. 

A percentage of the class fees will go towards the Mental Health Foundation as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. 

Please make sure you have quiet space at home, a blanket and a few cushions as we will do some gentle restorative movement practice as well as the option to sit or lay down during this online session.
