Join SamMantra for some shared practice from breathwork to gentle mindful movement to connect with each other in uncertain times. This session will be hosted by Sam, an experienced Mindfulness practitioner via the online platform ZOOM.
Suitable for beginners to experienced meditators, this open session is a chance to share mind and body practices to support balance & steadiness in uncertain times. The session will include breathwork, mindfulness everyday tips and a short talk with shared readings to reflect this Maytime.
Suggested donation £10 with £6 towards each ticket going towards a local charity involved in COVID19 support.
Please make sure you have quiet space at home, a blanket and cushion as we will do some gentle movement practice as well as the option to sit or lay down during this online session.
