This meditation group is for regular meditators. It meets twice a month VIA ZOOM on Wed eves from 8pm. A chance to destress from our busy world and top up your mind and body with formal and informal practices and exercises in a shared group setting.

About The Event

AUTUMN TERM 2021 Dates:  

Meditation Group Sessions - meets twice a month - online VIA ZOOM

Note: The session at the start of the month is shorter 75mins (ideal for beginnners)

with a longer session at the end of the month - 100mins with more inquiry time (ideal for regular meditators).

Wed 8th December - See separate booking or special Xmas Workshop Session - open to all 7.30-9pm

These sessions will be themed each month & are designed to allow you time & space for some shared practice. They will include formal meditations from breath work, mindful movement & body scans to everyday mindful activities and exercises with quiet reflection & inquiry time (including ZOOM breakout rooms for the longer sessions). Spaces are limited to 12 people per session.

MINIUMUM NUMBER OF SESSIONS TO BE BOOKED AT ANY ONE TIME IS 2 OR YOU CAN PAY FOR 4 OR ALL 6 SESSIONS (which includes a 5% discount) Please ask about discretionary discounts for keyworkers/low income/students.

SamMantra is an experienced Mindfulness teacher & offers accredited stress management courses, 1:1 sessions and advanced refresher group classes. She is also experienced at hosting online teaching sessions.
