This meditation group is for regular meditators. It meets once a month VIA ZOOM on TUES eves from 8pm. A chance to destress from our busy world and top up your mind and body with formal and informal practices and exercises in a shared group setting.

Meditation Group Sessions - meets once a month - online VIA ZOOM

Note: The session at the start of the month  (ideal for regular meditators - beginners also welcome).

Spring & Summer 2023

These sessions will be themed each month and are designed to allow you time & space for some shared practice. They will include formal meditations from breath work, mindful movement & body scans to everyday mindful activities and exercises with quiet reflection and inquiry time. Spaces are limited to 12 people per session.

SamMantra is an experienced Mindfulness teacher & offers accredited stress management courses, 1:1 sessions and advanced refresher group classes. She is also experienced at hosting online teaching sessions.
