ONLINE Meditation Group for Grads Bkg 2 Sessions (1)
This meditation group is for graduates of 8 wk mindfulness courses or regular meditators. It meets once a month VIA ZOOM on Wed eves - 8-9.30pm. A chance to destress from our busy world & top up your mind & body with formal & informal practices & exercises in a shared group setting.

Spring term Dates: online VIA ZOOM Time: 8 - 9.30pm

Wed 2nd Sept (venue tbc)
These sessions will be themed each month & are designed to allow you time & space for shared practice. They will include formal meditations from breath work, mindful movement & body scans to everyday mindful activities & exercises with quiet reflection & inquiry time in ZOOM breakout rooms. Spaces are limited to 12 people per session.
