Breathe in the fresh air of Spring in this guided Silent Retreat Day with Sammantra. Through breathwork, gentle yoga movement & mindful walking in the peaceful surrounding countryside of the Pavilion, this retreat is a chance for you to spring clean your body and mind with a series of mindfulness exercises & practices.
Open to all levels of mediators & those that have attended a mindfulness course before, or are on SamMantra’s Spring term MBSR programme. The retreat will also include open reflections at the end of the day.
Light refreshments & snacks are provided. Please bring your own packed lunch & blankets if you wish.
