About The Event
This retreat day is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in some guided mindful practices to engage the senses and step away from the busyness of daily routines. The day will be spent in silence with breathwork, mindful walking, mindful eating and gentle yoga or Qi Gong movement. Set in the wellbeing space of the ZH Pavilion, surrounded by meadows there is plenty of space and time to take in the beauty of nature and to find some stillness.
Open to all levels of meditators & those that have attended a mindfulness course before, or are on SamMantra’s Autumn 8 week mindfulness programme. Light refreshments & healthy snacks are provided. Please bring your own packed lunch & blankets if you wish.
If you are new to mindfulness, the retreat is not recommended for beginners, and you are invited to get in touch with Sam to try a taster class first.
