About The Event
Breathe in the fresh air of Spring in this guided silent retreat day with Sammantra. Time to enjoy some space and peace on an in person retreat day at the beautiful ZH open plan wellness studio in Esher. This retreat session will include guided silent practice with inside and outside mindful living practices in the peaceful surrounding countryside of the converted Pavilion.
Through breathwork, gentle chi gong movement and mindful walking, this retreat is a chance for you to awaken your senses and nourish mind, body and heart as we move through Spring.
Open to all experienced meditators and to those on the current MBSR course this retreat is for those who have attended a mindfulness course before, or have been regularly attending SamMantra's open sessions and classes since lockdown. The retreat will also include open reflections at the end of the day.
Light refreshments and vegetarian lunch offerings are also provided, including nutritional spring recipes from nutritionist Alison Peacham who will also be joining us on the Retreat. You are welcome to bring your own packed lunch if you wish and blankets that you are happy to use outside. Covid secure practices will also be in place with limits on number of spaces.
