About The Event
This session is a chance to hear about the accredited 8 week Mindfulness course (MBSR) and try some breathwork and mindful practices for yourself. Neuroscience research has shown that regular mindfulness practice can help reduce symptoms of stress, improve our focus, memory function and support our emotional health too.
Classes are open to all - come and learn how to stress less and breathe more!
Course starts 2ND FEB to 30TH MARCH 2021 Tue eves 8pm -9.40pm (No classes FEB Half term)

SamMantra is a wellbeing & mindfulness practice in Surrey & adheres to the good practice guidelines for mindfulness-based teachers in the UK. SamMantra is an accredited teacher with BAMBA.
