Join SamMantra for this ONLINE 8-week mindfulness course to learn how the practice of mindfulness can help improve your stress levels & general health & wellbeing.
This practical course consists of 8 weekly, 1hour & 45 mins evening sessions, with guided breathwork, movement & meditation practices. It also includes an immersion silent retreat Session at ZH Pilates wellnss studio in the heart of Surrey to deepen your experience. The retreat day is also available online for those that cannot attend the event on the day.The course is designed for complete beginners, but those with previous meditation experience will also benefit. It is also open to those wishing to repeat the course again or as a prerequisite for going on to complete further mindful based training courses for their own wellbeing practice. COURSE START DATE 5th October - 30th November 2021- TUESDAY EVES 8 - 9.40PM
ONLINE Course Fees: are £210 including access to resources, audio material and the retreat session. This covers £22 per session and an additional fee for the retreat day.

The teacher will be in contact to go through the registration process, paymments & confirm your place on the course.
