These sessions will be themed each month and are designed to allow you time & space for shared practice. They will include formal meditations from breath work, mindful movement & body scans to everyday mindful activities and exercises with quiet reflection and inquiry time in ZOOM breakout rooms. Spaces are limited to 12 people per session.

SamMantra is an experienced Mindfulness teacher & offers accredited stress management courses, 1:1 sessions and advanced refresher group classes. She is also experienced at hosting online teaching sessions.
