About The Event

Since the success of their Nutrition and Mindful Living 28 day Autumn programme, mindfulness coach Sam Weerasinghe and nutritional therapist Alison Peacham have combined forces again to offer a series of online seasonal workshops this year. 

Living life in lockdown during 2020, brought with it many daily challenges and eating well and staying well became a real focus of attention for many that wanted to support their nutritional and emotional health and that of their families. Through live coaching sessions and access to resources, recipes and mindful strategies the programme proved a powerful instigator for change for many on the course; from supporting personal health goals, weight loss, emotional eating habits and lifestyle changes, to helping to release the everyday stress and worry experienced during lockdown.

Now in a series of live workshops, open to all, starting wtih the Spring Clean Your Life session this February everyone has the chance to reset their health aims and focus on keeping well in 2021. 

Join Sam and Alison and start (or continue) your health journey by supporting yourself with mindful practices and fresh seasonal foods to nourish your body, mind and heart so you can thrive as we move into Spring. This workshop is designed to make you feel lighter and brighter, to give you more energy, to feel renewed and inspired – ready for the arrival of longer days and spring sunshine! 

We’ll be exploring the benefits of a happy healthy gut to support your immunity and get your energy back. We’ll share some simple tricks and tips to cleanse your digestive system, calm down inflammation and ensure you have enough health promoting bacteria – to put a SPRING in your step! The session will share mindfulness practices including gentle mindful movement, breathwork and sensory exercises to help energise the body and calm the mind.

It's so important to stay connected and support one another right now, and both mindfulness and food have the power to connect people in meaningful and healthy ways.  Please book early to avoid disappointment.
